Scope and contact

This notice covers L.SIK Seller Desk, the account-based workspace for sellers, brands, creators, and L.SIK administrators. Questions about information handled in Seller Desk can be sent to support@lsikglobal.com.

Information we handle

Account and profile information may include your name, email address, role, contact details, preferred language, selling channels, markets, categories, audience details, and collaboration preferences. The workspace also stores information you or an authorized administrator enter for catalog inquiries, reservations, availability, trips, itineraries, creator collaborations, and related notes.

When you connect a Google, Facebook, or LINE account, Seller Desk links the provider's account identifier and display name to an existing Seller Desk account. Google may also return email information during sign-in, but the current social-link record stores the provider identifier and display name, not your social-account password. We use essential session cookies, security and activity records, and, if you enable notifications, a browser push subscription.

How the information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, control access, coordinate product opportunities and reservations, plan trips and live-commerce schedules, send requested service notifications, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.

If you use the AI scheduler, the selling preferences, trip details, and free-text notes you submit may be sent to OpenAI to produce recommendations. If an itinerary uses route or address features, relevant location or address information may be sent to Google Maps services to calculate routes or geocode locations.

Who can receive it

Authorized L.SIK personnel and relevant collaborators can access information needed to carry out your requests. A trip share link exposes the itinerary details shown on that shared page to anyone who has the link. Infrastructure providers, including hosting and database providers, process information to operate Seller Desk. A sign-in provider receives information needed to complete a sign-in you choose. We do not sell Seller Desk account information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while it is needed to provide the workspace, maintain operational or security records, or meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to review, correct, unlink, or delete information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained when an applicable obligation requires it; we will explain this when responding to a verified request.
