Frequently Asked Questions

Samples, orders, and supply terms.

Find answers about sourcing, quantities, selling models, export responsibilities, and settlement. These are the starting points for working with L.SIK; specific terms are confirmed for each partnership.

Before your first order.

Who does L.SIK work with?

Korean brands expanding overseas and social commerce sellers sourcing Korean products, including live sellers, creators, and community group-buy hosts. We also work with distributors and retail partners.

What kinds of products can you source?

L.SIK reviews sourcing requests for skincare, cosmetics, fashion and apparel, health supplements, packaged food, and regional specialties. Availability, product documentation, and destination-market requirements are confirmed individually.

How do we get started?

Send your product category and target market. Brands can include a product list and supply terms; overseas partners can share their sales channels, audience, and sourcing needs.

Do we need samples?

Sometimes. Product reviews, seller matching, and live demonstrations may require samples. We confirm the items, quantities, delivery details, and any costs before arranging them.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no single minimum across all products. Quantities depend on the brand, product, channel, and transaction model, and are agreed before an order is confirmed.

How does group buying work?

A creator or community seller introduces selected products to their audience during an agreed campaign period. We coordinate products, offers, order collection, and fulfillment arrangements with the brand and seller.

Which transaction models are available?

Direct purchase, preorder, consignment, and distribution arrangements are considered according to the product and channel. Pricing, inventory responsibilities, and settlement terms are agreed individually.

Who handles export and shipping?

L.SIK coordinates product checks, export documentation, customs arrangements, and international shipping. The brand supplies the required product and transaction information; responsibilities are confirmed for each shipment.

When are payments settled?

For direct-purchase and preorder arrangements, our company profile specifies payment within seven days of purchase-order delivery. Consignment and distribution terms are negotiated separately. The agreed transaction terms govern each order.

Does a distribution partnership include exclusivity?

Not automatically. Territory, channels, exclusivity, supply commitments, and commercial terms must be discussed and agreed with the relevant brand for each partnership.
